主な業務として、変革方針の策定やデザインと開発、認知向上の促進などをクライアントである会社の内部に身を置き伴走します。経営者の本音をヒアリングしながら企業の戦略会議への参加や、クリエイティブなアイデアを実現するためにデザイン執行役代行を担当し、広告やプロモーション戦略の策定、ウェブサイトやブランドムービーの制作、各種デジタル広告運用などを通じて企業の認知向上の支援などを一つひとつ丁寧にチューニングしていき成果が出るまで繰り返しやっていきます。

As a main task, I accompany the client company by placing myself inside the company to formulate the transformation policy, design and development, and promotion of recognition. We participate in corporate strategy meetings while listening to the true intentions of management, act as acting design executive to realize creative ideas, formulate advertising and promotion strategies, produce websites and brand movies, and support the improvement of corporate recognition through various digital advertising operations, etc. We will carefully tune each one and do it repeatedly until results are achieved.

私たち「経営のための創造社」は中小企業に活力を与えるためにデザインを入れ、そこで生まれた商品やサービスを広げていくことを大切にしていますが、その根本には”地域で助け合えるようなネットワークを構築する”という概念があり、価値観が合致した人で集う現在のWeb3のコミュニティと同様のものが息づいています。さらに将来、中小企業もブロックチェーンの技術や流通網を活用したサービスや商品を取り入れることになるはずです。その時に備え、更に中小企業の力になれるように今のうちにレガシーなネットワークの構築に取り組んでいます。
