誰しもが子供の頃に、夢を思い描いていたはず。しかし、大人になるにつれて現実をみて諦めてしまったかもしれない。それはお金の量としあわせの比例関係という幻に縛られているからだ。あなたにとってのしあわせはあなただけのもの。好きなことがない、好きなことをしていないのにあなたはしあわせか。一度お金の競争という価値観から解放されてみないか。 自分の人生を生きるということ。その価値を獲得するために、大切なアクションがある。好きなことをする。好きな人といる。好きな場所に住む。おいしいものを食べる。好きの基準を知って選ぶ。そして、自分を好きになる。まずは子供の頃に戻って好きなものを思い出し追求してみよう。そうすればお金ではない、新しい友人や経験という資産がたくさん手に入るかもしれない。共感して助けあえる仲間と、おたがいがおたがいの夢を応援する。そんな相互扶助のコミュニティを創って、持続させることができないかと本気で思う。人生 100 年時代。とてつもなく先は長い。夢は実現できないくらい大きい方がいい。子供の頃のように純粋な気持ちで、死ぬまで何かを追いかけてみようじゃないか。

好きなことに共感してどこからともなく集まった、その仲間たちが助け合えるような理想のコミュニティがたくさん生まれて欲しい。既存のコミュニティや組織のあり方を改善するだけだったり、何かの成功事例をなぞるだけでは難しいし、続かない。私たち 1 人ひとりが自分を見つめ、自分を好きになり、そんな個人同士が認め合い、おたがいを尊重し合える関係であるからこそ、 ひとに優しくできる。 つまり、そんなエコシステムがどうしても必要だということ。そしてシステムだけあっても、運用する私たちがそれを信じていないとシステムが置き去りになる。 私たちは、好きと安心がずっと続くようなシステムを目指し、そのことを運用するプロセスによる実験性や成功・失敗の経験をたくさん溜めることを使命と考えた。 完成したら終わりではないし、 特定の集団やコミュニティだけでは 1 人ひとりのしあわせは叶えられない。 だからこそ、みんなで、一歩一歩はわずかでも前進してみるのはどうだろう。

We would like to see the creation of many ideal communities where people can come together out of nowhere and help each other out of sympathy for what they like to do. Simply improving existing communities and organizations or emulating the best practices of others is difficult and will not last. 世界中で起きている、誰かの利己的な思想から起きる争い。それに巻き込まれる罪のない人たち。 誰かの不安から起きる攻撃。その一方的な攻撃から理不尽に脅かされる、誰かのしあわせな暮らし。人類の歴史上、それがなくなることは、いまだにない。たしかに戦争の “数” は減ったかもしれない。しかし、戦争とは違う新たな世界の不安がおしよせる。その不安から自分の身を案ずるがゆえに、また利己的な発想に陥ってしまう。一生私たちはこのままなのか。今、ここへきて、特定の信頼を押し付けられた誰かに依存しなくてもいい 「Web3」のようなムーブメントが広がり始めている。もしかすると、人々の考え方や使い方によっては、元の世界のように力を持つものに富が集まるという状態を変えることができないかもしれない。でも少なくともチャンスが来ている。このチャンスを私たちが活かし、30 年後、50 年後、自律分散できる平和な社会を目指したい。

Conflicts occur all over the world due to someone's selfishness. Innocent people caught in the middle. Attacks that arise from someone's insecurity. Someone's happy life is unreasonably threatened by such one-sided attacks. In the history of mankind, it has never ceased. It is true that the "number" of wars may have decreased. However, there is a new world of anxiety that is different from war. That anxiety causes us to worry about ourselves, and we fall back into selfish thinking. Will we go on like this for the rest of our lives? Now, movements such as "Web3" are beginning to spread, in which people do not have to rely on someone who has imposed a certain kind of trust on them. Perhaps, depending on how people think and how they use it, it may not be able to change the original world where wealth is concentrated in the hands of the powerful. But at least an opportunity is coming. We should take advantage of this opportunity and aim for a self-sustaining, decentralized, and peaceful society in 30 or 50 years.
